Not your ordinary Christmas tale.

Lily

Christmas has always been my favorite time of year. My family goes overboard, and the celebrations are week-long. This Christmas is different, however. We're all spending the holiday at my Aunt Ella's beach house. We're not the only ones spending Christmas on this beach though. When my eyes spot the new neighbor, I can't look away. I'm caught in a trance, in watching the show he's putting on through the bedroom window. Even as his eyes meet mine, and he finishes, I still can't seem to look away. If only I wasn't currently in a house surrounded by my entire family.

Alex

The girl from the window has been on my mind, night and day, for the past few days.

I've stared out of that same window for hours, hoping to just catch a glimpse of her. I've seen at least a dozen different people come and go from the room, even one who looked just like her. But that girl wasn't her. I'm tempted to just storm through the front door and search until I find her, except I know exactly whose house that is. As much as I want to take what's mine, I currently have a multi-million dollar deal in the works with McKinley Industries--the very same people who own that property. When I meet one of the family members on the beach and get invited to dinner, I don't hesitate to accept. This is my chance to see her again. Every fiber of my being wants to claim her as mine. But can I really entangle this innocent woman in my dark world?

Review:
Thank you to Grey's Promo and Kylie Kent for an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Mafia, peeping Toms, and romance, oh my!

Alex and Lily are a match made in Heaven or maybe Hell? Either way, they're perfect for each other! He always gets his way and she will not go down without a fight.

As a doting brother and uncle, Alex buys his sister and niece a beach house for Christmas that happens to be right next door to the man he's doing business with. After Lily sees Alex during an intimate moment (ahem, self pleasure), she's riveted and is soon caught.

"Are you Kidding me? I've been thinking about this since I saw you through the window."

Obviously there is an instant attraction when they finally meet at Lilly's aunt's house. Just as he and Lily are getting to know each other, madness ensues as someone is gunning for his top dog position. With Lily's family connections to the Mafia and now her personal relationship with Alex, they are able to get their happily ever after.

"I thought I must have imagined you. That I created the ultimate fantasy in my head, you weren't real."

This book is full of suspense and passion. I'm very excited to dive into the rest of Kylie Kent's books since she pulls me in and leaves me wanting more.
